More than just the tongue weight (which may not be as big of an issue if your don't load it to GVWR), you'd have a very long trailer to push around a relitvely light truck. Before my Cummins I was towing my 32' Vibe with a Ram 1500 ecodiesel. Power and hitch rating weren't an issue but that's a lot of surface area for semis and crosswinds to push against.
