How often do yall sanitize your fresh water tank?

I don't normally drink water from the RV fresh water tank and I got to wondering if others do. Do yall drink water that comes through your RV and if so, how often should the system be sanitized with b...

Once a year to get the pink stuff taste out. Drink from it all the time. If I am working in the garden and get thirsty I drink from the garden hose. 63 years of doing this I have never got sick from that.
