Depends on your fuel. I'd at least drain the filter on the frame rail under the drivers seat, takes a 6mm allen. I had a 2005 6.0, at that time they recommended 15K on fuel filters, IIRC. They'll be black at 15K. The frame rail filter isn't too bad, and the secondary filter on top of your engine next to the oil filter is easy.
Go to an International dealer and buy your filters there. Exact same thing, half the price. Ford wanted almost $80 for the filter set of two, IH was $32 the last time I bought them a few years ago. Probably about $40 by now. You'll have to do a little research to get the IH part number, they can't help you if you go in there and ask for fuel filters for a Ford 6.0.
