How often should you use cleaner/conditioner on your roof?

I try to use the Cleaner/Conditioner at least a season. Is that enough? We try to camp once a month starting with Easter weekend and finish Christmas. When it's not in use it's stored inside a shed...

Some people seem to be amazed that we would ever wash/clean the roof??? I have done ours 2-3 times a year. I have been told this is over kill, but I like to keep the whole thing clean...this extended stay on the roof also provides me an opportunity to inspect for any brewing issues.
