I'm pretty sure Railcar loading is a LongShoreman job? It is at the docks in Portland. Those guys are hardly low-paid.
But a hard break-in i becoming accepted as a preferred method over a gradual break-in. I'm a believer after seeing the dyno results and lower oil consumption on our own race motors:
