How To Buy A Camper In Canada and Exchange Rate....

I found a camper in Canada I'd like to buy and I'm in North Dakota. I'm wondering what the process is for buying items in Canada and bringing them to the US. Also, the exchange rate is currently $1.00...

Thanks, this is very helpful. The camper is from a private seller and the cost is $30,000 Canadian. Will I be charged any fees for bringing it into the US. Is it something I need to declare? It's not being registered in the US as it's just a truck bed camper.
