Somehow the whole process of traveling with an RV is enjoyable for me. Getting the camper set up, deciding what is necessary, what is fluff, and where to put it all is a challenge I find interesting.
I've taken it one step further this time and started rebuilding/upgrading a low end Palomino TC. I've probably removed and replaced 300 fasteners at this point! I have time on my hands, and need to find useful things to do. The Palomino has filled the bill very well.
In the end my goal is always to have a "turnkey" rv 100% ready to go at a moments notice. Put food in the frig, throw a change of clothes or two in an empty bin, and Take Off!
I don't have a good answer to your question..... just embrace the process, and enjoy the fruits of your effort.
