How to find the average price for a winnebago minnie drop

Hello,
Looking into buying a travel trailer. Do you usually get a better price if
you finance? Thx!
  • Use the NADA guides. They give you a good idea what wholesale is and what the average asking price is.

  • Join and Ask what others have paid in the Facebook “Winnebago Minnie Travel Trailer Owners” group. Lotsa drop owners there.
  • You can research prices on RV Trader, and email/call 3 or 4 dealers for comparative pricing.
  • He want's you to finance because he gets a (legal) kick-back from the bank. So if you finance through him, it's more money in his pocket.
  • no not really
once you figure in the amount of interest you will be paying in over the term of the loan, you have paid substantially more than what the selling price was.

we did finance our TT that we bought this year.the selling price was very low since it was a model year old,and we didnt mind financing it because we know we will have it paid off in only a couple of years.our interest rate is low so we wont have paid in a lot of interest by time we have it paid off(less than $1k).so even with that added in to the price of the trailer,we still got it at a very good price.

If the dealer tries to tell you that, he's playing games with you.
