Sporicidin is what was used on mold remediation after the dampness, leak, however the water is making it's way to the problem areas, and repairs have been completed.
The first step is to prevent the moisture from getting in. Otherwise all actions are only a temporary fix. Mold needs only 2 things to live, 1 moisture and 2 a natural food source. It has plenty of food, deny it the water.
