Narrow the choices inside that fridge to limit the decision time.
With 4 guys...one brand of beer...we can do it blindfolded and no interior fridge light !
There are rules to follow in the RV handbook , admiring fridge contents and allowing water to run while boondocking is tops on the list.
Serious side...yes fans will help. If your fridge is located on a side wall ( not a rear or front wall) , then the fridge needs to be level from side to side.
When the fridge is not level from east to west (as your looking at it) is when we have warming issues.
I use a bubble level inside the freezer compartment to check for it being level (you might need to use a small mirror to see it ).
This allows max gas flow because the fridge tubes run in that same direction and they need proper flow.
