After looking at it again and thinking about it, maybe not so easy. The elbow going through the floor is the problem. Can't lift the floor over the elbow. Without more pics showing how the pipe is connected to the tank it is hard to tell how to do it. My guess would be the vent pipe is just inserted into the tank and then caulked around. If that is the case you will still want to cut the pipe, probably twice about 12 inches apart, so you can maneuver the lower section around as you work on cutting the caulking away.
