Bunch of good ideas. But basically cut it out if you can’t slide it up and replace it afterwards.
Think about how they built the camper. Floor pan went in then the vent. Remove venting pipe completely , do your thing, replace vent pipe.
Or just cut it up higher somewhere if you don’t want to mess with the roof penetration.
