That's what I did. I also gave the tire rep at the beginning a lecture on making sure the guy in the shop did NOT jack on the axles. I watched, and he used floor jacks on the frame both in front of the front axle, and behind the rear axle, lifting both tires up at once.
What is your procedure for a flat on the road?
I know you are not asking me, but in the interest of sharing info, I will state what my procedure is. That little "cradle" in my post above is in the toolbox of the truck. That will sit on top of the scissors jack that came in my truck, and this all easily will lift any one wheel as needed.
