Tire store and watched. Just did this back in March for all 5 tires (4 + spare).
Stopped by the tire store first, and guy said they do this all the time. They have a circular pull through in the parking lot, so he told me to bring trailer and park in front of last bay, "blocking" the bay for use really. Left the trailer still hooked to TV, and they used a floor jack to to jack up each tire. They did 1 tire at a time. In and out in about 20-30 minutes.
When done, I was in perfect position to simply throw it in drive, and pull out around the back of the parking lot and out the exit.
But- like someone said- check with the tire store first, and perhaps even look at the parking lot layout. They may need you to "park" somewhere until they are ready to "block" a bay up.
