Yah, I thought of that too, either a "U" wooden stop from the flatbed headache bar to the stop place for the camper, but thought it just might be a little too harsh. then thought of those bumpers screwed into the bed at the stop, but Torklift didn't recommend it. I would need to be able to take it off for a smooth surface.
It's not that big of a deal as I'm able to close it in to about 2-3 inches, but just nice to know when to stop and since the OP had this set up, thought I'd follow through with it...
