Remember folks these are "RVs" as in Recreational Vehicles. There isn't a whole lot of "recreation" going on at 27 degrees.... other than skiing, I suppose.
I think many on this thread are trying to play the macho "27 isn't cold! When I was a kid we'd sit outside with ice cubes under our armpits in 10 degree weather." Don't kid yourself. 27 isn't ridiculously cold but it's still pretty darn cold to be hanging out in a poorly insulated small box.
At 27, to maintain a reasonable temperature, the furnace will cycle/run A LOT. And, as mentioned, everyone's idea of "cold" is different. A couple oil filled electric heaters are great to maintain. Supplementing with the furnace is okay.
