As mentioned, it's the fader control. On my 2008 AF 811, I had to manually turn of the "Aux" in the menu settings everytime I did a full power shutdown. Upgraded to a better Kenwood thru Crutchfield.
If you long press the Source or SRC button on the Kenwood stereos it simulates turning the key off in a car. The battery draw drops way low. I recall having the Faceplate on the draw was about .4 - .5 amps. Forcing hibernate mode the battery draw was .04 amps. When leaving the camper for the day we always force Hibernate. When we come back the clock is always correct.
