How to turn off outside speakers on a Arctic Fox 811

The subject says it all, 2015 AF 811S. Kenwood stereo. Fader and balance controls each affect one inside and one outside speaker. So I believe the unit is wired wrong, but maybe disconnecting the...

Update:
Unfortunately AF never returned my call for assistance.
The Fader on my unit lowers the volume on one inside and one outside
speaker.
Seems like a lot of effort to have to remove the outside
speakers, cut the lead, replace, and then recaulk.
Thanks again for the tips on this radio.
