Apparently it's demeaning to get a person to THINK these days.
Just give the exact answer to the question the way it was asked. Nothing more. Nothing less. Hold their hand every step of the way, or you're being demeaning...
You don't need to know everything or have someone explain everything to you. You can figure things out for yourself if you stop, look, and think. It's actually amazing what you can figure out.
