If you're not on a tight schedule, anything over 30mph winds is not a relaxing drive.
I sold my old MH and delivered it to its new owner last weekend in Minot, ND. We typically have westerly prevailing winds this time of year, but I fought a 30mph headwind most of the trip. It was frustrating and killed my fuel economy.
TT's and MH's have a lot of surface area relative to very little weight, especially down low. Over 50mph, I'd cancel travel plans, even if I did have a tight schedule.
We drove my wife's Subaru Tribeca home one Thanksgiving weekend in 70mph gusting to 90mph. It was pushing that small car from one side of our lane to the other. It blew a loaded semi over in front of us and the cab speared a guardrail. High winds are NOTHING to mess with.
