only a handful of hybrids, will have GVWR's under 3000lbs.
KZ makes two, the Sportsmen Classic 13FKT and 16RBT.
as far as i know, these aret the only ones, currently made, that meet your criteria.
also, hybrids in this size/weight range have extremely low Cargo Capacities. so, the others that have "dry" weights under 3000lbs., will exceed that with even a light camping load.
