The KZ Sportsmen 13FKT that bikendan mentioned is not a bad little camper at all. Had a chance for the $.50 tour a couple of years ago. The kitchen runs completely across the front, so you have a much larger than normal work area. It does have a through the wall A/C, which may or may not be good in your area. The bathroom is a wet-bath, but we had one in our boat years ago and it served it's purpose. I can't recall any storage areas because this couple had enough stuff crammed into this camper to fill a 30 footer, but feel sure you can improvise something to work for you. Nice size U-shaped dinette and an option was the hybrid bunkend at the rear behind the dinette. All in all, you got a pretty functional unit in a small space. Have not seen the other one, so no help there. I would do my very best NOT to exceed your specs or you'll be in the market for a new tow vehicle sooner rather than later. Suggest you check this out - it might be just the thing for you.
Not sure about weights, but you might also check into the teardrop trailers.
