Did you not say that the body is not rusted out in your truck in a previous thread about the control arm?
It is more than believable that ALL these things could be rusted out on a 15 year old vehicle in the salt belt, but you might want to verify with a second opinion.
Quick search, which anyone with a googler can do says fuel lines and fuel pump = about $500 on the low end for cheap parts.
Back before I left the rust belt I bought a 10 year old Blazer for a plow truck. It had not been a plow truck previously but it was literally rusted out in most every conceivable fashion. Brake lines, fuel lines, 20 piece exhaust, tailgate mounts gone, rear drums rusted on and wheel cylinders blown/rusted out from the inside, all body panels including floor boards, save for the hood and the entire right side of the truck had holes you could put your fist through. (Right side evidently had new fender door and quarter panel from an accident, that side was like new)
