As with any used RV, I'm sure you checked the roof for leaks? We wouldn't want any water damage.........

I'm gonna make a little striped awning & put out some patio chairs for her too LOL! I'll get my own . . . one day :-)

I'm sure that the bearded dragon will enjoy it, although perhaps not as much as you would the real thing. Ah, NEXT paycheck, perhaps.
