If it is a scam, then that is the most descriptive add they have ever done. And it’s not a crazy low price like I’ve some scammers use like $3500. It may be a legit add. Once you get a reply you will know if it’s a scam or not!
Hold off judgment on this one till you know for sure, although with only one pic and no phone number it is very possible.
Now I did find some similar ads all over the country with the same picture but the description and price ($4200) is definitely a scam. Remember, the scammers have to get their pics from somewhere and the ad in the first post may be the legit ad.
