In your scenario, I agree with Grit Dog as well. You aren't going to be hauling around a barge camper anyway (like a lot of folks on here do)....lol
I'd get LT tires and check your rims to make sure they can carry the weight as well.
My Palomino SS1500 pop up weighs 1790 dry, 2300 wet and ready to roll and it's loaded. Palomino makes a couple lighter models (with no wet bath) in the 1300 range, well within your capabilities. So does 4 Wheel Campers and NorthStar in their pop up line. All depends on what you want to spend and what you want inside but a gutted shell, you can get by without going that route. There are pop up campers out there with everything inside that will fit your weight criteria.
