I got my new gas light.

It arrived the day before yesterday.

I'm going to mount it right here above the dinette.
I can't wait.

Yes, but they produce lot of CO2, who will kill you as well.
With LED lights simply sipping electricity, why so much hassle?
Are you trying to kill yourself Specta?
  • Yup, crack a window and a roof vent. Same thing you need to do with a Wave or Buddy heater. If you don’t provide a means of replacing the oxygen that the lamp is burning, it will produce carbon monoxide when the oxygen level gets too low.

  • Ambiance. Nostalgia. I seriously doubt there was even a thought given to avoiding LED’s.

Use it per instructions and it’s safe.

If you don’t get it, it’s no big deal.

  • In a million years I would have never looked for such an item. It requires plumbing for a propane gas line and if it is anything like a Coleman lantern it is going to put out lots of heat and will be a fire hazard while also consuming oxygen. All to avoid LED lights which are easy to install, are safe, put out no heat and consume very little electricity.

There must be some reason I just don't understand.
