Yes, but they produce lot of CO2, who will kill you as well.
With LED lights simply sipping electricity, why so much hassle?

Yup, crack a window and a roof vent. Same thing you need to do with a Wave or Buddy heater. If you don’t provide a means of replacing the oxygen that the lamp is burning, it will produce carbon monoxide when the oxygen level gets too low.

Ambiance. Nostalgia. I seriously doubt there was even a thought given to avoiding LED’s.

Use it per instructions and it’s safe.

If you don’t get it, it’s no big deal.

In a million years I would have never looked for such an item. It requires plumbing for a propane gas line and if it is anything like a Coleman lantern it is going to put out lots of heat and will be a fire hazard while also consuming oxygen. All to avoid LED lights which are easy to install, are safe, put out no heat and consume very little electricity.
