First plead for warranty. If that doesn't work, find a local diesel shop and get some re man injectors and a reman cp4. You can get both for at or under $3k. Worst case should be about $1500 in labor, but an honest shop shouldn't charge you muck more than a day. Worst case 10-12 hrs labor.
You could definately get out for $5k or less. Don't even think about going to the stealer to have it fixed or trade it in broken. They're gonna knock off a lot more than 5k on the trade for a truck that comes in on a hook with bad injectors and cp4.
Then you can sell or trade it running for good money or if you like the truck, buy good parts instead of cheap re mans and keep it.
