I have never owned a TT before, although in a previous life I pulled a two-horse trailer all over the Northeast. I was young and carefree back then, never gave towing much thought - just hitch and go....

You are going to be close to your max cargo rating, if not a tad over. You are going to have the trailer pretty well maxed out. That dry weight does not include batteries and propane, or your belongings and food. If you have the trailer at 4000, your tongue weight needs to be between 10 & 15 percent for good towing, or 400-600 lb.
Make sure that your tow package includes a transmission cooler. You will need a 7 pin pigtail, a brake controller, and a good hitch with weight distribution and sway control. Andersens are good and weigh less than 60 lb.
I would not want to do any steep grades or long trips with this setup, but you are probably OK for shorter trips.
Another option is a popup, or a folding trailer such as an A-liner.
