We actually don't usually have ice with us when camping with just my family. When we go with other families, a friend and I both have access to commercial ice machines so we each load up one cooler with ice. Plenty of ice for a long weekend if needed. Camper's refrig keeps water bottles, soda, and liquor bottles plenty cold. And we fit some food in there as well!
