Agreed, I used to sell lift kits and properly engineered, they work fine. I just wouldn't tow a large trailer with a lifted truck.
I bought a 40ft fifthwheel.And had a gmc 2500 with 8 " of lift.Towed great but I knew I needed a dually.
I used to haul travel trailers and boats all the time with ease though.
