I dont think most would look at your truck as "lifted" as seemed to be implied by the op and "tricked" or loud. Without a lot more info I know I would think more like this one below when someone says "lifted and loud". Not speaking for op or anyone else but from time to time people are more so referring to trucks like this and not yours. Yours doesn't look like it has any lift at all. It's nice but then all Dodges are nice.

I still say that without more info a lot of people are making blanket statements. Lifted is lifted. Tricked is tricked. Because of pulling my fifth wheel mine is only lifted 2.5 inches with 34 inch tires. I have to run the rear of the truck a little low (squatted) so the 5er does not run too nose high. It is riding on a custom 4 link total air ride rear suspension with on board air. It also tuned and has a turbo back MBRP exhaust so it is "loud" too.
The OP needs to give a little more info before a true educated opinion can be given.;)
