OP,
Here's my lifted tricked out truck and I am far from some young kid. I would put it up against any 2500/3500 SRW truck on this forum towing, ride quality, or ready to tow condition. You need to do your homework though on the upgrades that have been done to it and why.
I dont think most would look at your truck as "lifted" as seemed to be implied by the op and "tricked" or loud. Without a lot more info I know I would think more like this one below when someone says "lifted and loud". Not speaking for op or anyone else but from time to time people are more so referring to trucks like this and not yours. Yours doesn't look like it has any lift at all. It's nice but then all Dodges are nice. - 352Explorer

That junk screws up performance and handling and then they post here that the truck gets hot towing or can't quite seem to get the WDH set up right.
Avoid. - azrvingExplorer

I agree with all of the above.
Anybody know how old the OP is? He may very well be one of these "kids"...
For the OP, a lifted truck is not ideal to tow with, main reason being that increasing tire diameter has the same effect as numerically lowering the rear axle ratio. Big 35"+ tires you want a 4.56 rear to restore any kind of tow capability. The other issue is being too tall to tow a 5er, and the load rating of a drop hitch if towing a TT. Plus high center of gravity, etc.
A lot depends on how high the truck is lifted, what other mods were done, and how heavy of an RV you are looking to tow with it.
As mayo pointed out, driveline angles, suspension geometry, etc are all important when doing a lift. There are good kits that address these issues and lift a truck the right way, and there are cheapo add-ons that don't and cause ball joints, tie rod ends, and u-joints to fail on a regular basis.
In general it's not ideal to tow with a lifted truck, but I wouldn't rule it out either depending on all variables mentioned.
Young boys isn't a bad term. We all used to be one. I use it when I'm around them and often ask for their help. They are strong, tech smart and usually respectful and helpful. I joke and use it in a complimenting way with them. I often ask young boys for help in places like best buy. They like fast toys and often like to go fast so they are usually the opposite of the type people that I look to buy something from.
One of my best bosses was a "southern boy" and always referred to me as kid. I would get done doing some a-- busting job and he say come on kid let's get a coffee. Great guy. - BenKExplorerWorst are the kits that has parts of the suspension torched off
Many times, the drive line alignment can NEVER be put back. I've been through
a couple helping someone 'try' to salvage their used truck purchase. One Internet
on my Suburban forum and another friends, friend
One had a two piece drive shaft replaced with a loooooong single. Other had
something wrong with their transfer case mount...think bent or routed out mounting
hole
Both ate U-Joints and mystery vibrations at certain RPMs
Part of the fashion statement crowd driving the OEMs on our pickups and SUVs
these days...OEM 20's are here and expect OEM lifted soon... - Iraqvet05ExplorerI walk away from those trucks. Most of their previous owners care more about running the******out of the truck or spending money on lift kits or wheels than taking care of simple maintenance. You can take some lift kits off but some of the better or higher kits replace factory components (shocks, coil springs, torsion keys)...if you don't have those old parts, you will have to find them.

but in any case, one would have to un-lift it right?
Cant imagine someone towing with those things.

You're correct, the towing capability would be seriously compromised, depending on what you want to tow. I see a lot of lifted trucks pulling boats. - BumpyroadExplorer
