The pics I posted in my thread about the Dish Tailgator are on a small, local mom and pop internet company's servers for now. I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask what they charge for a simple hotlinking account.
I do websites for a hobby, I also have a 30TB server of my own, but the problem there is, I do websites for a hobby --- not internet security. I don't want to open up a port on my server to share jpg's only to find next thing I know I've been hacked and now my server is a p*rn server for some Russian dudes.
If the cost for this webspace is cheap enough, I'll post it here.
My question (which others have asked) -- Why can't rv.net spare the $159 it would take for a decent server-grade 2TB hard drive and allow images to be hosted here like other websites? I'd be willing to chip in. Let's get a collection/gofundme going - all in favor of chipping in $10 to rv.net chime in!!
