So? It really doesn't matter why he asked, and it's quite rude to imply he even *needs* permission from you or anyone else to post a topic.
Maybe he is talking about *vacation* not work. Maybe he was exemplifying why anyone would want to drive faster, maybe he was just bringing up a topic he was curious about...bottom line, it doesn't matter why.
Personally, I think it's a good question. Everyone preaches gloom and doom at 56.88mph because of the tires, why not change them.
