They are a commercial truck tire. Which means, according to Kumho's website, they are for "light trucks, vans and trailers"
I have a set on one of my trailers and they are working well.
EDIT: a little further comment on this tire is that for a camper like mine, that has limited room for tire clearance, these Kumho 14" tires are a nice option. I literally had no extra room to go to a larger diameter tire, so it was critical I find a suitable tire that was the same diameter as what came on the trailer from the factory.
