if trailer tires only good to 65mph, why not switch?

We've been down this road before... we should all drive 55 cause its safer. But then again, 45 is safer. Then again, 35 is safer. Then again 25 is safer. Then again 15 is safer. Then again, a parked vehicle is much more stable then one moving at all... Now we own a vacation home...
