if trailer tires only good to 65mph, why not switch?

I went to the local tire store yesterday to buy a replacement for a 205R75-14 on a spare that was about 7 years old. Based on recommendations here of the Kumho 857, I inquired about them. They handled the brand, but couldn't get the 857. They did have the Hankook RA08 in stock which has the same weight specs and speed rating as the Kumho.

Any experience here with the Hankook RA08?
