I don't understand why folks who have already made up their mind to do something, come and ask if it's a good idea. Then when virtually everyone says it's not a good idea, they go on and apparently plan to do it anyway.
Frankly I think the OP just wanted to get a rise everyone, sit back and watch the fun......either that or the old saying applies "you can't fix stupid" It is difficult enough to handle a rig safely at 55, 60 or 65.....every mph over that only compounds that difficulty. Of course we all know that the OP is in fact the most accomplished driver in the universe and could teach everyone including the Formula 1 and NASCAR folks how it's done......as the commercials say "professional driver on a closed course" unfortunately we who RV aren't professionals on a closed course and the fact that we operate our rigs out in the real world among the unwashed masses makes it, as Ralph Nader once said "Unsafe at any Speed". Each of us who has more than a hundred miles under our belts knows the panic moment when Joe Sixpack pulls out in front of you doing 60 and he doing 30 and you trying to slow down and hope it all doesn't go south.
Having said all that, I hope the OP had fun stirring the pot.
