if trailer tires only good to 65mph, why not switch?

I just upgraded the tires on my camper to Kuhmo Radial 857's that are speed rated for 99 MPH and 2271 lbs per tire. This was a huge improvement in both specs vs. the OEM China tires. I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in the handling of the trailer on the last trip.
While I generally tried to keep my speed between 65-67, there were times I got over 70 and the handling of the trailer was rock solid.
