So long as money is not an issue I would test drive a new Ram 3500 turbo diesel and then more than likely buy a King Ranch F350 SRW diesel short box for any trailer up to 16,000 lbs. Beyond that I would begin to consider a dually. I would want to avoid borrowing money for a vehicle of any sort unless its purpose was to earn money.
