Thinking of the same thing when I retire.
Aluminum framing
Fresh water and Grey water tanks located under floor
Batteries (3) in the front basement (where water tank usually is)
Cassette toilet
Center of Gravity as low as possible
All exterior siding smooth
Total weight as low as possible plus balanced left to right
