Weight shouldn't change by much whether you are going for 3 weeks or 6 months. It's a small trailer the OP is talking about which means small storage space. You can only fit a weeks worth of food in the trailer so going to the grocery store along the way will be the norm. Screen house, barbecue,tools, spare tire,etc. go every trip no matter the length. The trailers mentioned probably have 1 closet and 3 small drawers for clothes so laundromat here we come. Water tanks are going to depend on the campgrounds chosen. I think snowbirds going south for 6 months that need every thing from golf clubs to Xmas decorations with them in 38 ft fivers travel heavier because they have the storage space to haul stuff.
