As long as the state allows towing two trailers and not all do, I cant find anything illegal.

The cop may have stopped him out of an abundance of concern.

But he certainly gets an A for inventiveness, if not prudence.

That reminds me of a friend who was trying to borrow a flatbed trailer to get her new Airstream home.

IIRC I have seen this pic before but with a wider angle. The reason he is stopped on the side of the road is because he is stopped by police.
