I carry a small Black and Decker "jump start and tire inflator" in the truck. It will easily ( if somewhat slowly ) inflate tires back up to their normal 50 or 65 psi ( look on your tire to see which is correct ). Then you can pull your trailer to the tire shop where they can replace your tires.
