I think the smallest jack stands you can buy are 3-Ton. Four of them would handle 12,000# - almost twice what your trailer weighs.
Woops - Amazon does have some 2-Ton stands so that's 8,000#, still adequate.

It depends, some Jack stands are rated by pairs. Some are rated by the individual stand.
This is true.
Rolling on flat tires is bad for the sidewalls, and once that happens, even for 30', you really don't want to take the trailer on the highway afterwards, way too risky for a blowout. I got a pair of 12" wheels and tires that should get it into the barn with plenty of clearance, but I dont want the trailer resting on them over the winter, or I might have a difficult time getting it back out. They are low on the weight scale, and sitting over the winter with all that weight would most likely deform them to where they would not roll well, that and the isle is 12' wide max, trailer 8' and snaking it back there, even off just a little bit can swing the rear into one of the stalls.
The easiest way is to get four car dollies and roll it back on the drums instead, but directional control again is risky, and I have a 2" lip to go up right at the door.
When I bought the trailer the specs said it is 10'4" high, well the AC unit installed is much taller than most I have seen and that put it 4" over, otherwise it would have slipped right in.
