Even if I drove my Dually at 55 on a to and from trip no wind at 55 I would be luck to get 17, take it up to 70 same trip it will be 14 or so. I don't believe the bed cover makes a difference. But hey like I said before I gots a lemon as far as mileage is concerned. :R
