I ran my 19.5's at 70 PSI unloaded and 110 PSI loaded. Unloaded ride was slightly harsher with the 16PR tires over the 10PR ones I ran before, but the loaded ride was better.

As was posted earlier, The 19.5's are heavier and using heavier dampened shocks like the Rancho 9000 or Blistein 4600 will help keep them under control.
