You folks on the Right side of the US, what is the summer situation at your County and State Parks like? Is it pretty crowded and require reservations just to get in, or is it pretty wide open for drop in?
States where this matters would be (No particular order here.)
MO, TN, AL, MS, AR, NE, and LA.
Any and all suggested places to eat, visit, stay, squat, avoid, and relax in/on/at are always welcome.
I would also like to find a 1700's coin, or even a 1600's coin if possible with my metal detecting hobby, so if you know of some places that are legal to metal detect, shoot me some ideas.
