I hope everyone knows Fish and my comments are all in good fun.
I hope so, you do have to put up with driving a cummins powered truck. ":B - Cummins12V98Explorer III

Thanks Shadow4 for building a great truck that's built by Americans by a great American company. :B
I'm on my second Super Duty for personal use with a combined 230k miles with ~$700 for out of pocket repairs.
Over the years our Super Duty's (farm/ranch work)just last longer with fewer repairs than the competition.
Thanks for producing great quality trucks.
BTW... Here's a picture of some proud American's at the KTP with the 5,000,000 Super Duty.

How about a picture of the plant in Mexico that builds your PowerStroke engine?
How about a video of the personnel who built your truck... Nothing to be proud of there. And please don't post it in this thread as it will make many here sick! :o
Ok if you don't post in anymore RAM threads i will not post in any Ford threads. I know that won't happen!
I have said I wished the RAM 2500's up were assembled in USA as my two 98's were but you want to gloss over the engine you brag about so much and it's made in Mexico.
Thanks Fish,
I actually had a bet with my wife on whether or not Cummins12V98 would poo-poo this thread. I won.

Your welcome... Keep up the good work!
BTW... Don't worry about Cummins12v98 behavior. This is what years of blind frustration will do to you.

Cool to see inside the plant. Great atmosphere it appears to be. And fine people building our trucks! Now if Ford would offer a union built Focus to compete directly with the union built Prius...:B
Love the vid, thanks!
And love my 2013 union, Wayne built Focus.
I wanted to maximize fuel mileage as I use my car as a work route truck. The Prius fits the bill. I kept hoping Ford would offer the Focus as a hybrid since Ford is licensed to use Toyota's hybrid technology. I like the Prius but it gnaws at me driving a foreign car. My next car will likely be a union built Focus even at the loss of 25~mpg. - Winged_OneExplorer

I would go beyond that and say it's a selfish "I only give a rat's behind" about anyone but myself that permeates Dodge truck, Subaru, Kia, etc owners. Then complain about how it's the gubmit's or everyone elses fault when the economy sours. Blindness is a good term for it. shadows4 wrote:

Great video, thanks for sharing. I've lost track of the schedule, do you know when a new, ground-up Superduty is due out? Or is a refresh on the schedule for a while? Thinking when the Explorer is paid off my next truck is a SD.
I get more info on future products here than at the plant. LOL
One thing I have heard though is 2017 model will be aluminum. Also that we will be building up to F350's here in Kansas City, if that is the case I see Ford going back to one body instead of two for the F150-350.
But like they say in the plant, "they only things we make more of than trucks are rumors!"
Glad you enjoyed the video. KCAP is similar inside except older and bigger! - ib516Explorer IINeat video.
